When doing chakra meditation, you need to do it different ways. If you are someone that likes to see things, you need to use visualization meditation and imagine the energy filling your chakras one at a time.

People that are not visual can look at their energy centers and heal them one at a time.

There are different ways that you can do chakra meditation and you can do it guided or alone. This kind of meditation can be great for someone just starting or someone that has done meditation for a while.

Here is how to meditate:

  • Find a comfortable position.
  • Turn the lights off and close your eyes. Relax but be alert.
  • If you are doing guided meditation, start the session.
  • Listen to what it tells you to do.
  • Once it ends, come back to where you are.
  • Move your body.
  • Sit for a few minutes and think on what you just did.

  3. ‘Turn the lights off and close your eyes’? That’s just called taking a nap! But hey, if it helps you feel balanced, more power to you!

  4. ‘Healing your chakras’? Sounds like a great excuse to sit around and do nothing all day. Maybe I should start charging for my ‘unblock your laziness’ sessions!

  5. ‘I am’, ‘I feel’, ‘I do’… Does anyone else feel like these mantras could be the next big hit in pop music?

  7. While I respect your perspective on chakra meditation, I think it’s essential to balance spiritual practices with scientific reasoning. Just because something feels good doesn’t mean it has a real impact.
