A useful review explains what happened, not only whether the writer liked the reader. Look for the service format, timing, cost and how the provider responded to a specific concern.
Four questions to ask about feedback
- Is it first-hand? Look for a clear account of the service actually purchased.
- Is there enough context? Dates, format and what was included matter more than a vague promise of accuracy.
- What does the score measure? Customer satisfaction, an editorial rating and proof of a prediction are different things.
- Is a commercial relationship disclosed? Consider that context when reading recommendations.

Check its current support deadlines promptly. A disagreement with a prediction and a missing purchased response are different issues.
Share your experience without exposing private details
Describe the service in your own words. Do not publish full correspondence, payment credentials, medical records or another person’s identifying information. Stick to events you experienced, distinguish facts from opinions and avoid guessing at someone’s motives.
